- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in Cambodia.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, and inventory management.
- Manage and expand the dealer and retailer network across key agricultural regions.
- Identify new areas of growth and products to drive future growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to guide product and pricing strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, field demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the agronomy and product development teams to align product offerings with market needs and success launching.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- EXPECTED RESULTS
- Keep management informed through monthly reports on sales performance, activity in each region, market situation, and competitor activity.
- Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience , Skills)
- Eduction:
- Bachelor's/Master degree or higher in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Business Development or related field.
- Experiences:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural input industry, preferably in seeds (vegetable seeds highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing dealer and retailer channels in Cambodia.
- Familiarity with regional cropping patterns and vegetable cultivation practices.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel extensively across the country.
